Your Questions Answered

Pricing & Value Concerns

Why are your prints more expensive than marketplaces like Amazon or Etsy?

We use museum-grade materials and archival processes that cost significantly more than standard printing. Every piece is hand-curated from hundreds of submissions and comes with professional packaging, the complete artist story, and our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You're investing in artwork that will look exactly the same in 100 years as it does today—that's the difference between decoration and art.

What makes this museum-grade vs. regular printing?

Museum-grade means pigment-based archival inks (not dye-based), acid-free cotton papers, professional color calibration, and 100+ year fade resistance. It's the same standard used by major museums and galleries worldwide. Regular printing uses cheaper materials that fade, yellow, and deteriorate within years.

Are these original artworks or reproductions?

These are high-quality giclée reproductions of original artworks, created with the artist's permission. Each print is individually produced using museum-grade processes to match the original as closely as possible. You'll receive the artist's complete story explaining how the original was created.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes! We accept Shop Pay, which offers flexible payment options including buy now, pay later plans. You can also use any major credit card that offers its own payment plan options.

Quality & Authenticity Doubts

How do I know the quality will match what I see online?

Every print goes through professional color calibration to match your screen as closely as possible. We guarantee museum-grade quality—if your print doesn't meet our standards when it arrives, we'll replace it free. That's our quality promise.

What if the colors don't look right in my space?

Room lighting affects how any artwork appears. We recommend viewing your piece under different lighting conditions before deciding. If you're still not satisfied within 30 days, return it for a full refund—we'll even cover return shipping if there's a quality issue.

Are these really museum-grade materials?

Absolutely. We use the same pigment-based inks, acid-free papers, and archival processes that major museums use for their reproduction work. Every material is pH-neutral and rated for 100+ year color stability.

How long will the colors last without fading?

With proper display (away from direct sunlight), your artwork will maintain its vibrant colors for 100+ years. That's the archival standard we guarantee with every piece.

Shipping & Damage Fears

How do you protect artwork during shipping?

Every piece is professionally packaged with acid-free backing boards, protective sleeves, and sturdy shipping materials. All shipments are fully insured and trackable. We've shipped thousands of pieces with a near-zero damage rate.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We'll immediately send a replacement at no cost to you. All shipments are fully insured, and we handle all claims. Just send us a photo and we'll take care of everything.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 5-7 business days from our closest facility to your location. Expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship within the United States, Canada, European Union, UK & Australia. We're working on extended international shipping options for the future.

Size & Framing Confusion

What size should I choose for my wall/room?

A good rule: your artwork should take up 60-75% of the wall space above furniture. For a standard sofa (7-8 feet), choose 24"x36" or larger. For smaller spaces, 16"x20" works well. When in doubt, go slightly larger—art often looks smaller on the wall than you expect.

Do frames come included or separate?

Frames are optional for canvas prints and included in the listed price when selected. Gallery canvas pieces come ready to hang with no framing needed. All frame options are shown clearly during checkout.

Can I get custom sizes?

We currently offer standard sizes only to maintain our quality standards and keep costs reasonable. Our available sizes work well in most spaces and are chosen specifically to complement each artwork.

Will this look too small/big in my space?

Use our size guide (included in each listing), or hold up a newspaper (roughly 16"x20") to get a sense of scale. Most people choose smaller than ideal—when in doubt, go larger. Remember, you have 30 days to exchange if the size isn't right.

Artist & Curation Questions

How do you select your artists?

Less than 5% of submissions make it into our collection. We look for originality, technical skill, emotional impact, and the ability to transform spaces. Every artist must share their complete story and creative process with us.

Can I commission custom work?

Not directly through us, but we can connect you with artists in our collection who accept commissions. Each artist sets their own commission policies and pricing.

Do artists get paid fairly?

Yes. Artists receive a significant portion of each sale, and we promote their work through the complete stories we share. Supporting emerging artists is core to our mission.

How often do you add new pieces?

We add new artwork monthly, always maintaining our strict curation standards. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when new pieces are available.

Technical Setup Issues

How do I hang gallery canvas vs. framed prints?

Gallery canvas has hanging hardware attached to the back frame—just hang like any framed picture. Framed prints include hanging hardware and detailed instructions. Both are ready to hang immediately.

What hardware is included?

All necessary hanging hardware is included with every order, plus detailed instructions. You'll just need a hammer and nail or screw depending on your wall type.

Can these go in bathrooms/humid areas?

We don't recommend bathrooms or other high-humidity areas, as moisture can affect any artwork over time. Choose spaces with normal humidity levels for best longevity.

How do I clean my artwork?

Dust gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. Never use water or cleaning products. For glass-covered pieces, clean the glass only with standard glass cleaner, avoiding the artwork itself.
