PRODUCT CARE

Our canvases are designed for durability, resisting scratches, smudges, and fingerprints. To keep them looking their best, simply dust with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, a lightly damp cloth can be used if needed.

We are an american based company so all the sizes are done using inches

CAN THE CANVAS GET WET?

You can place it in a damp area, it is a fabric material & the ink will not bleed if exposed to brief humid conditions like showering or running hot water

SHIPPING

WHEN DOES MY ART SHIP?

Our processing time before an order ships out is 3-5 days, excluding weekends.

For canvas orders within the US, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days of purchase. 

For print orders within the US, you can expect your order within 7 business days.

You will receive your tracking number via the email associated with your purchase once your product ships out. For any additional questions surrounding tracking please reach us at the contact page in the header

I DON'T LIVE IN THE U.S.A , HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE & HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

The orders will still be sent out within the 3-5 business day time period but if it has to cross country borders and go through customs it really depends on where you live, usually within 7-10 after purchase. If in the EU , UK , Canada , & Australia

We have suppliers all over the world for this exact reason, if you order a product in a different country we will route the order to be made by one of our partners to reduce the shipping cost.

SAYS IT SHIPPED BUT IS NOT MOVING?

After your order has been shipped it is in the hands of the postal service, with that being said things do get lost at no fault of ours. In the event this happens a new one will be sent out right away and a new tracking number will be provided

WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE?

Most U.S. orders are shipped through UPS or FedEx. For international orders, carriers may vary, but all shipments are sent via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for a hassle-free experience.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Changed your mind? We understand, we request all cancelations are submitted within 12 hours of ordering. If a request to cancel is made after that time period you will be charged a 15% fee taken out of the refund

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Don't love it, need something bigger, found something cooler? We understand. After the date it arrives at your door there is a 14 day no questions asked return window, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.

IT ARRIVED DAMAGED!

We understand how frustrating that can be, but not to worry! We will get a new one sent out right away, free of charge & you can do whatever you please with the "damaged" product as long as it is noticeable damaged caused by shipping or manufactured with a flaw. All damage has to be recorded and submitted for review before a new one can be sent, reach out at the "support tab" and "contact us" so we can arrange for pictures and videos of the damage

THIS ISN'T WHAT I ORDERED

Mistakes can happen of course, if it was our fault and sent the wrong print we will get the new one sent out right away & you can keep the first one as an appology.

-if you thought your purchased a different variation like a size or frame color, we will review what you selected and insure it was our mistake before sending a new one
