What happens after you apply

A quick look at how the Trade Program works, from application to your first order.

1. We review your application

Every application is read by a person, not a system. We are looking for a fit, not a filing, so this is a real review rather than an automatic approval.

2. We reach out and set up your account

Once you are approved, we create your trade profile and put an address on file so orders ship without back and forth every time. This is also where we send your dedicated discount codes.

3. You shop the site exactly as it is

No separate portal, no stripped-down catalog. You browse the full Kooly collection like any customer, apply your trade codes at checkout, and your rate is there. Everything on the site is available to you, always at trade pricing.

4. Order more, save more

Your standard trade rate applies to every order. Orders of ten pieces or more unlock deeper volume pricing, so the larger the project, the better the terms.

Who qualifies for the Trade Program?

The program is built for professionals who put art in front of other people: interior designers, home stagers, retailers and boutiques, art consultants, and hospitality or commercial buyers. If art is part of how you work, you likely qualify. We review each application individually to make sure the program fits how you do business.

How does trade pricing actually work?


You shop the full Kooly site exactly as any customer would, then apply your dedicated trade code at checkout to see your rate. There is no separate portal and no limited catalog. Everything we offer is available to you, always at trade pricing, with deeper discounts on orders of ten pieces or more.

Is there a minimum order or an ongoing commitment?


No minimums and no commitment. Order a single piece for one client or a full collection for a project. Your trade rate applies either way, and larger orders simply unlock better volume pricing. You use the program when it serves your work, not on a schedule.

Can I order for client projects and ship direct?


Yes. Every piece is made to order and can ship straight to your project or client. We keep an address on file once you are approved so reordering is quick, and you can send individual orders wherever they need to go.

How long does approval take?


Applications are reviewed by a person, usually within two business days. Once you are approved, we set up your profile, put your details on file, and send your trade codes so you can start right away.

Do I need a resale certificate or tax ID?


You don't need one to apply. If you have a resale certificate or tax ID, share it and we'll add it to your account so qualifying orders can be processed tax exempt. If you don't, that's no problem, you can still join the Trade Program and provide it later if your situation changes.
