Bold mid-century linocut-style art print of a woman with a sleek black bob and closed eyes lovingly hugging an enormous cream-colored cat whose long body and dangling legs drape across her arms, its sleepy face perfectly content, set in black, cream, and soft gray within a cream border: a substantial armful of fluff, lovingly described as fluffy, and absolutely not on a diet.

See it at real size
Every size of this piece at true scale, hung 8 in above an 84 in sofa. Over a sofa, art looks right at about two thirds of the sofa width: 56 to 63 in here.
Every size drawn to scale on a real wall, with the most chosen size shown as a blank framed canvas. Dashed line: the ideal art width over this 84 in sofa (56 in). Too narrow on its own? Hang two side by side.
- Measure the furniture, not the wall. Art over a sofa, bed, or dresser looks best at two thirds to three quarters of its width.
- Hang it at eye level. Center the art 57 to 60 in from the floor. Over furniture, leave 6 to 10 in between the furniture and the bottom of the art.
- Pairs and sets: leave 2 to 3 in between pieces and measure the pair as one width.
- Still unsure? Outline the size on your wall with painter's tape and live with it for a day.
Sizes listed are the artwork.
